All payments are processed in Australian Dollar.

Prices listed in other currencies are indicative only and may not be the amount you are charged because the bank which issued your credit card determines the exchange rate you will be charged.

Your bank may also charge you international transaction fees.

To avoid international transaction fees, we recommend you check out with Paypal, who will charge the transaction in your local currency.

Credit Card Details

If you choose to pay for a service or product using the secure credit card payment facility available at this site you will be asked to provide your credit card details, your name, a shipping address and your email address. These details are required so that we can ship your order and a tax invoice.

Zoo Clothing does not store credit card details locally and security is handled by the PayPal and Stripe Services Used. 

Delivery 

All items purchased online before 3PM will be shipped next business day (Except WA & NT) which can see a delay. 

Free delivery for order amounting total of $100 or more. 

*Note that this is solely due to services in WA and NT. 

Refunds | Returns

Items can be returned within 10 days of purchase. 

Zoo Clothing will issue a store or online credit of items that are returned to the value of purchase.
